Ohio Recount Update (Dec 5, 2004) John Kerry campaign joins suit seeking recount of Ohio vote

...John F. Kerry's campaign has joined a lawsuit by third-party presidential candidates seeking a recount in Ohio, and a lawyer for the campaign said yesterday the Democrat's camp does not question his loss but wants any counting to take place statewide...

Ed. Note: I find it both interesting and annoying that where the media's coverage of Ohio updates have been concerned there has been a literal Media Blackout AND when any update is given it seems we are immediately given a disclaimer such as "... the Democrat's camp does not question his loss..."

Late into Election night 2004, Kerry's camp conceded after quickly realizing that the number of provisional ballots and absentee ballots that had yet to be counted(maybe 150,000) could not realistically porportionately by percentage error margins make up the number of votes he was down in OHIO. Bush has since been found to have less votes than at first believed Kerry's election concession could not take into consideration the potential fraud and disenfranchising of the voter roll that is slowly but surely being uncovered even today. (read Letter from House Committee on the Judiciary to Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell, coj)

In 2000, according to George Bush himself, Al Gore called and conceded the election and then called later to take back his concession...that precedent is one well set in thinking how Kerry may be thrust into the position of having to also take back his concession.
